The beads used in
this rosary were mined in Alaska and were hand cut and
drilled resulting in a bead that is not uniform in size
and shape, making this a beautiful and unique rosary.
This is one of my personal favorites. Malchite is a
gemstone in Alaska as well as in other states in the
US. Malchite beads that have been machine cut and
drilled are more readily available than the hand cut
Alaskan Malchite. I only purchase malchite beads
from American sources that guarantee the stone was mined
in the US.
Other Gemstone bead
rosaries available are Lapis Lazure, Garnet,
Jade, Azurite/Malchite, and Jasper. Call

Lapis Lazure is blue. Garnet is a deep
burgandy red, Jade is green, Azurite/Malchite
is the blue of Azurite and the green of
Malchite mixed into each other, and Jasper
is almost a rust color.
